CUB® to Open Newly Built CUB and Wine & Spirits Store in Rochester

CUB is opening its newest location at 2480 Scott Road N.W. in Rochester on Thursday, May 2, 2024, at 6 a.m.
Cub also announced that it is relocating its existing Cub Liquor to a brand new 8,500 square foot Cub Wine & Spirits next to the new Cub. The new CUB Wine & Spirits store will feature an expanded selection of beer, wine & spirits highlighted by a new tasting bar area to showcase sampling events, provide educational information, and serve as a featured display space. The new store will also feature broader selection of high-end wines and spirits, along with additional display and merchandising opportunities, to create a more interactive store experience.

This new Cub in Rochester will feature:
Expanded produce department featuring an increased assortment of organic items and a wider selection of fresh fruits and vegetables.
Expanded deli area that will include more convenient grab-and-go offerings, such as sandwiches and salads as well as a wider selection of hot meal solutions.
An in-store prepared sushi station.
Expanded floral department with a variety of seasonal bouquet and potted floral offerings.
A new meat and seafood service department.
A new cake decorating station in the bakery department.
Kitchen Shop and health and wellness solutions.
LED monitors with video throughout the store.
A pharmacy with both walk-up and drive-thru options.
An e-commerce concept that is new to our CUB footprint, and will provide the customer with a drive-thru, easy-access avenue to pick up their online orders. This will allow for a best-in-class customer experience and further enhance CUB’s focus on growing and improving its digital presence.
