What Does It Take to Be UpNext?
Selection Process
After applying, UNFI reviews applicants to find the best partners for mutual growth. After selection, the brand’s Supplier Development Manager will guide them through the process, creating a plan just for them and their success.
Program Expectations
To enhance a productive partnership, UpNext participants must meet these requirements to successfully complete the program.
- Marketing participation, including quarterly off invoice promos at 15% off or more
- Positive sales trends
- A willingness to learn UNFI through your Supplier Development Manager
- The ability to meet our graduation requirements, including $350k in annual purchases
- Create and deliver on timebound, mutually beneficial goals
- Review and align with our Supplier Policies
