UNFI Associates Gave Back on GivingTuesday

On GivingTuesday, a global day of generosity, UNFI hosted a companywide giving campaign to encourage and support our team’s donations to local and global nonprofit organizations. UNFI associates contributed over $17,000 to more than 115 organizations. To amplify their efforts, UNFI matched donations to registered nonprofits up to $1,000 per associate. In total, more than $34,000 was contributed toward the causes that matter most to our people.  

"I'm incredibly proud to be part of a company like UNFI that not only values but actively supports its associates in giving back to the communities we serve," said Kristine Creveling, UNFI Foundation Senior Manager. “It's inspiring to witness such a large, coordinated effort across the company, and feels empowering to be a part of something so impactful."

Throughout the year, we partner with local food banks and pantries across the country and empower associates to give back to their communities through volunteerism.
